Stony Hill Repeats Wed. 3-26
Josh, Jim and Tim will be joining some Team Sandbag guys Wed. the 26th for some road work at Stony. We will be doing mostly hill repeats. Meet at the boat launch at 4:30.

I wish I could join you guys but I can't make it that soon. I do plan to ride at Kensington after work about 5pm tomorrow if anyone would like to ride with me.

We ended up doing 4 hill intervals on the golf coarse hill and 4 on the disc golf hill. With the warm up and cool down we had around 25 miles. Jerry, Josh, Curt and Tim showed up but Jim "forgot his bike" and had his bike clothes in the wash. (lol)
I will be riding stoney on saturday the 29th of march. Meet by the boat launch at 12.00 pm. See ya there.
